There are a lot of on-line websites and forums for people that want to get to know other climbers and start expeditions and groups.. I did a lot of traveling and shared group expeditions 80's and 90's from climbing, rafting, spelunking, boating, travel.. It was awesome!! You do meet a few odd people, but you also meet many great people that share the same interests as you and you can make some lifetime friends! Take a peek at these, you might just find some information.. Good luck on the climb and have fun!

Well there are fourteen 8000 Metre peaks.

And they are not easy.

On Everest for every 7 that go up 2 will die.

On the mountain Annapurna which is one of the 8000ers

for every 3 that go up 2 will die.

I really want to climb all of the 8000ers, but it takes alot of dedication and alot of time.

Also facing the fact that you might die.

Check out Edviesturs.com he has climbed all the 8000ers without supplementry oxygen.

As for partner check out himalayanclimbing.com
